Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Serves: 4-6 people
Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

4 large Idaho potatoes, peeled and diced
1 Tablespoon roasted or fresh garlic
1 cup heavy cream
Salt & pepper

 

Directions

Place potatoes in a pot.  Fill ¾ full with cold water and cook them over a medium flame until tender about 20 minutes.

In another pan, reduce the cream half way and add garlic.  Set aside.

Drain the water from the potatoes and combine with the cream.  Add salt and pepper.  Mix well and serve.
