Chef Fredy conductsprivate, individual, and group cooking classes
in your home and in his River West commercial kitchen for beginner
through professional levels. Class topics range from appetizers
to desserts with specialties in Latin and Mediterranean . Private
custom classes can include hands-on participation during interactive
cooking dinner parties, bridal showers, and corporate team building
events.
